Prince Harry & Kate Watch Prince William During Soccer Match at Sandringham

While watching her husband Prince William from the sidelines of a football match, Kate committed a rare fashion faux pas when she turned up in the same green wellies as her brother-in-law.

Prince Harry seemed unconcerned by their matching footwear, however, and was seen laughing with the Duchess as they stood on the edge of the pitch on an estate near Sandringham.

They watched William win the  11-a-side football match alongside villagers and estate workers  at Castle Rising, owned by Tory peer Lord Greville Howard.

Clad in exquisite Alexander McQueen couture, draped in jewels, with her trademark curls tumbling around her shoulders, the Duchess of Cambridge looked every inch the stylish young royal that she has become.

But for Kate, the royal brothers and everyone gathered, the true stars of the evening were the men and women in uniform: the heroes in whose honour The Sun’s Military Awards – aka the Millies – are held, and whose stories of selflessness and courage in the face of the most extreme adversity moved the Duchess to tears. Military Wife Kate Pays Tribute to Nation's Heroes - hellomagazine.com

Accompanied by Princes William and Harry, Kate held back tears at the glittering ceremony, organised by the Sun, in London's Imperial War Museum.

She was particularly moved by the account of Para Scott Meenagh, 22, who has been "living for two" ever since surviving an exploding mine. A friend who shielded him from the blast died. But it was Harry, giving his most mature speech yet, who summed up the spirit of the evening.

"It’s often said of our Armed Forces that they are ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Well, I don’t entirely buy that.

"Ordinary people don’t brave monsoon conditions dangling on a winch line to rescue 13 people, each in turn.

You don't become a top flight search and rescue pilot without having a competitive side.

On his tour of Canada with the Duchess of Cambridge, the royal participated in what he described as a 'souffle-off' with Quebec's Premier Jean Charest.

The Prince was invited to try his hand at making a lobster souffle at the Institut de tourisme et d’hotellerie du Quebec, a top chef school.

Comparing his effort with the politician's, he boasted: "Much better! This one is mine." William, who donned chef's white's for the culinary test, went on to tease his host with a terrible pun. "If you could rise to the challenge that would be great," he told him.

Kate Using Personal Shopper for Trip to Canada

According to new reports, Catherine has been consulting personal shoppers at her favourite London department stores, who help put her looks together.

Grazia Daily revealed today that the 29-year-old has been using style advisers at Selfridges and Harvey Nichols to help choose a wardrobe for her first trip abroad as a Royal wife.

It claims that Catherine has been consulting the same person used by her husband, Prince William, and his brother, Prince Harry, to do their Christmas shopping.

But her decision to buy her clothes at high-end retailers indicates that she may be stepping away from here favourite High Street labels, such as Reiss, Whistles and LK Bennett, in favour of designer pieces.

While in-store style advisers can offer sound advice when it comes to style and fit, they are not a substitute for a bona fide stylist.

Grazia explained: 'Where a personal shopper will help you to pick out outfits under your direction, a stylist will be more creative and will direct your style.
